Position Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist the Managing Director by managing proposal submissions and executing all sales administrative tasks.

This position entails generating quotations, maintaining sales data within Salesforce, processing invoices through Xero, coordinating logistics, and supervising the delivery of equipment to various locations.

The ideal candidate will also collaborate with hardware and software production partners to ensure that project orders are accurately placed.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Managing Director with proposal submissions, ensuring they are completed accurately and on schedule.
2. Generate and prepare client quotations, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
3. Enter and oversee sales data within the Salesforce platform.
4. Process client invoices using Xero, ensuring all financial records are maintained accurately.
5. Coordinate logistics, including the management of equipment delivery to project sites.
6. Collaborate with hardware and software production partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
7. Oversee the complete equipment delivery process to guarantee seamless project execution.
8. Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team and other departments as required.


Required Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, ideally within the audio-visual or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Xero accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective logistics management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with proposal and tender processes.
- Familiarity with the audio-visual industry and technology sector.
