The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service coordinator to complement our sales team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Director to help with the implementation of our sales strategy.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to use their existing skills to shape a role.

Your Duties
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, delivering a 5-star experience.
  • Take ownership of certain supplier accounts and provide customers with quotations.
  • Use suppliers' online software quoting programmes and obtain accurate prices in a timely manner.
  • Utilise the CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team.
  • Be flexible in supporting the sales team in meeting their day-to-day needs.
Skills Required
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player willing to support others yet able to show initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programmes.
  • Have a conscientious and proactive approach, coupled with a proven ability to plan and prioritise multitask requests.
