The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service coordinator to complement our sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Director to implement strategies and help shape the customer service experience. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a stimulating environment, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to deliver a 5-star experience
  • Take ownership of certain supplier accounts and provide customers with quotations
  • Utilise suppliers' online software quoting programmes to obtain accurate prices in a timely manner
  • Utilise the CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team
  • Provide a flexible approach to the sales team in meeting their day-to-day needs

  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player willing to support others yet able to show initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programmes
  • Have a conscientious and proactive approach coupled with a proven ability to plan and prioritise multitask requests
