The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales Director to implement our sales strategy and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to deliver a 5-star experience
  • Take ownership of certain supplier accounts and provide customers with quotations
  • Utilise suppliers' online software quoting programmes to obtain accurate prices in a timely manner
  • Use our CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team
  • Provide a flexible approach to the sales team in meeting their day-to-day needs
Requirements
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player willing to support others yet able to show initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programmes
  • Conscientious and proactive approach coupled with a proven ability to plan and prioritise multitask requests
