We're looking for a skilled Culinary Operations Coordinator to oversee our catering and service operations in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing delicious meals to meet the diverse needs of our patients and staff
  2. Supervising a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food and service experiences
  3. Collaborating with our healthcare partners to understand their needs and preferences
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest health and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff
  5. Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve our catering and service operations

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of two years of experience in catering or a related field
  2. Proven leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate and a willingness to continue developing their skills and knowledge
