The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service coordinator to complement our sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Director to help with the implementation of our sales strategy. It is a unique opportunity for the right person to use their existing skills to shape a role. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in working in a stimulating environment, then this could be for you.

Your Duties

  • Maintaining excellent communication with customers either over the phone or via email, delivering a 5-star experience
  • Taking ownership of certain supplier accounts and providing customers with quotations
  • Using suppliers' online software quoting programmes and obtaining accurate prices in a timely manner
  • Utilising the CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team
  • Flexible approach to the sales team in meeting their day-to-day needs

Skills Required

  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player willing to support others yet able to show initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programmes
  • Have a conscientious and proactive approach coupled with a proven ability to plan and prioritise multi-task requests
