We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team at Raffles London at The OWO. As a Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring timely and efficient service, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about our menu offerings and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
  • Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
  • Practice a grooming standard including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
  • Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary
  • Have a good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements
  • Responsible for accompanying guests to their table and their welfare
  • Responsible for orienting guests in the restaurant and responding to any questions about the brand, concept, food, and artists exposed in the restaurant
  • Comply with restaurant security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Commit to the best possible sustainable practices on a daily basis in terms of waste management and purchasing

Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in creating a positive environment culture
  • Open-minded and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in the hotel/leisure/retail sector
  • Good grooming standards
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Previous relevant experience with the role of Host
