Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the safety of all members of the public, staff, and contractors
* Take ownership of guest service, challenging poor behaviors and celebrating legendary guest care
* Be responsible for an area of the operation as defined by the Head Guest Experience Manager
* Support on-the-job training with staff

Requirements:
