Guest Experience Manager

Art'otel Hoxton is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and colleague satisfaction.

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will:
- Liaise with Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction and financial goals are met.
- Ensure the smooth running of the department with effective communication.
- Have full operational knowledge of procedures and a strong working knowledge of Opera, Hotsos, Micros, and Alcatel.
- Have a good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch area.
- Lead by example, inspiring your team with your passion for outstanding customer service.
- Manage and develop your team through leading by example and empowering the Guest Services teams.
