Senior Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in Pembrokeshire. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our site's engineering function, ensuring that the team works safely, effectively, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance routines in accordance with equipment manufacturer specifications.
  • Manage time sheets, hours worked, holidays, training, absence, and disciplinary reporting.
  • Oversee breakdown repairs, ensuring work is carried out safely and in a timely manner.
  • Identify and drive fault-finding activities to resolve and prevent issues.
Requirements:
  • HNC in mechanical or electrical discipline or a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment.
  • Computer literacy with strong report writing skills, including CMMS, SCADA, HMI's, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong experience as a multiskilled engineer with previous leadership experience.
