We are a growing company with a strong client portfolio and a reputation for excellence. As a Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in our project engineering team, working closely with our engineers to ensure project forecasts are accurate and on track.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with experience in using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will be responsible for creating complex project schedules, monitoring critical path activities, and providing support to our project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of complex project schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Update project schedules, monitor critical path activities, and key milestones
  • Provide support and planning services for project engineering activities
  • Provide information to enable forecast of budget costs and cash flow projections
  • Ownership of company resource planning
  • Prepare updates of the project schedules within agreed time frames
  • Support Project Managers in reporting key schedule information and analysis
Requirements
  • Proficient with P6 Primavera and MS Project
  • Proven experience in an engineering design and/or planning role
  • Experience using Power BI preferred but not essential
  • Planning and organising, communication, team working, and problem solving
  • Good level of numeracy, literacy, and IT knowledge
  • Degree in engineering discipline desirable
