A key member of the Building Maintenance Planned maintenance team, reporting to the Project Leader and working collaboratively with the team of surveyors, the post holder will be required to:
Oversee repairs to the Authority’s portfolio of properties including Council Houses, Schools, Leisure Centres together with a range of other Administrative/Public Buildings to ensure quality standards achieved.

Within your area of approximately 1,500 units, you will provide the full range of maintenance services from pre inspection, works scheduling to a full condition survey (including asbestos) and monitoring the performance, work and capacity of external framework contractors and supervision of in-house operatives.

Provide reasoned and detailed advice across the construction and maintenance spectrum, including technical, Health & Safety, CDM, Welsh Housing Quality Standard, sustainability etc to maintenance tradesmen and officers, property managers and senior management.
