This is a full time, permanent position required for 37 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Response Assistant Area Supervisor to oversee and supervise the South Responsive Team.

The successful applicant will supervise and monitor the south officers and trades. Secondly to give support and advise the Team Manager (Housing Management) and the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and Program Manager, identifying trends and developing strategic solutions to assist in the timely maintenance of authority owned stock.
