Responsive Repair Inspector

This is a full time open-ended position.

You will be responsible to the Responsive Repairs Supervisor for the pre and post inspection of responsive repair job tickets. You will be required to pre-inspect and diagnose remedial works and carry out quality and quantity checks of completed works by in-house and external framework contractors. You will be required to liaise with customers to offer an effective and efficient service.

Educated with relevant craft or construction qualifications together with site experience giving a broad understanding of building construction. You will need to demonstrate self management skill, have excellent communication skills and have knowledge of Health and Safety.

Holding a valid driving licence is a mandatory requirement for this role.
