These are full time, open-ended positions.

At Holly House, we provide 8-18 year olds who have a range of learning disabilities with short breaks and respite provision based in Haverfordwest.

We are seeking Support Workers to help us provide support & deliver a dynamic, person centred service. In this role you will develop and deliver appropriate activities for young people with learning disabilities as part of their Care and Support Plan in line with Care Inspectorate Wales regulations.

The team is structured on an annualised, rota basis including evenings, nights & weekends to ensure that Holly House continues to provide a consistently warm, safe, welcoming, happy, friendly and nurturing environment. Flexibility would be expected.

To comply with the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales requirements, applicants must be at least 22 years old and hold NVQ 3 in Caring for Children or Children and Young People or willingness to work towards this qualification.

This role requires shift work as well as the availability to work nights and weekends, this will include additional rates of pay as listed below:

- Unsociable hours (8%)
- Weekend working (8%)
