Casual Cook in Charge

We are looking to appoint a casual cook in charge for our busy season ahead of us. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily café operational and service needs and will assist in the support of people with disabilities through supported employment.

You will be responsible for the supervision and organization of staff working on the shift and the preparation of food and delivery of the catering service to consistent quality standards and optimum levels of productivity and to assist the Cook Supervisor.

This role will include weekend work.

You will require, or being willing to work towards, a Level 3 in managing catering.
