Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pembrokeshire. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Ensure project costs are managed effectively and carry out cost forecasting.
- Financial Control: Responsible for the financial control of projects and ensure commercial processes are adhered to across the business.
- Client Communication: Communicate directly with the client and client's cost manager to ensure financial contract obligations are maintained.
- Subcontract Management: Ensure subcontractors are procured on appropriate terms and conditions and ensure financial control of Subcontract accounts.
- Programme and Progress Management: Regularly update construction programme and review progress on-site, ensuring the business is covered for all Extension of Time claims.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience: Previous experience of the civil engineering industry and experience with JCT & NEC forms of contract.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, project management skills, and negotiating skills.
