We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join the Family Placement Team as a Senior Social Work Practitioner within the Social Services and Housing directorate.

The Family Placement Team is a child centred service working on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council to ensure effective fostering services for children in the community in line with the Fostering Services (Wales) Regulations 2018.

Joining the team would provide many opportunities to bring new ideas, develop in different ways professionally, and to contribute directly to the work to promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflection and learning.

**Employment Checks**

Professional Registration - successful applicants will be required to be registered as a social worker with Social Care Wales prior to taking up their post and to be able to provide evidence of this.
