Account Manager - Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a personal portfolio of small to mid-sized clients to achieve New Business and Renewal Retention Rate targets.
  • Adhere to the company's Sales Quality standards to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Promote additional products and handle inquiries related to new business.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the PMI market, products, and regulations by attending necessary training sessions.
  • Negotiate premiums with current and alternative insurers to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Document all business interactions, new and retention, in the database daily.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide additional support as needed.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained for compliance purposes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in Private Medical Insurance.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Insurers/Providers, Clients, and Account Managers is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Background in Customer Service.
  • Cert CII IF7 or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Friendly telephone demeanor.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
