Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager at Towergate Health & Protection, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, achieving targets for new business acquisition and renewal retention.
  • Adhere to the company's Sales Quality standards to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Promote additional products and handle inquiries related to new business.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and insurance providers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Private Medical Insurance (PMI) market, including products and regulations, through ongoing training.
  • Negotiate premiums effectively with insurers to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Document all business interactions and updates in the database daily.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide additional support as needed.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed to maintain compliance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Private Medical Insurance.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with insurers, clients, and account managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Cert CII IF7 or a commitment to pursue this qualification.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Organized and capable of managing pressure while meeting deadlines.
