Your Role: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients, ensuring that we meet our commercial objectives by maximizing opportunities through every interaction. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team dedicated to helping you thrive in your position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a personal portfolio to achieve new business and renewal retention targets.
  • Adhere to the company's Sales Quality standards to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients.
  • Promote additional products and respond to new business inquiries.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the PMI market, products, and regulations through ongoing training.
  • Negotiate premiums with insurers to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Document all business interactions in our database consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide additional support as needed.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is maintained for compliance purposes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Private Medical Insurance.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with insurers, clients, and account managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Possession of Cert CII IF7 or a commitment to pursue this qualification.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Highly organized with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
