Role Overview

The successful candidate will be integral to maintaining an efficient administrative framework within our organization. This role involves effective communication with a diverse range of individuals, both in person and via telephone, ensuring a professional and courteous approach at all times.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication with various stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring that urgent matters are prioritized and handled appropriately.
  • Support the organization of healthcare professionals' schedules and room bookings.
  • Provide training and guidance to new administrative staff as needed.

Reception Duties

  • Oversee the reception area, addressing any issues or complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Ensure clear communication by relaying messages to the appropriate team members based on urgency.

Induction and Support

Probationary Period
