Via Westminster Drug Project is a dedicated service focused on supporting individuals in their journey towards recovery from substance use. We are currently looking for a proactive and committed Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency and support our vital mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of systems for managing client referrals and scheduling for our support services.
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of essential supplies.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain follow-up communications with clients.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Take the lead in re-engaging clients who may have stepped back from our services.
  • Oversee the distribution of informational materials throughout the community.
  • Support the team leader with various administrative functions.
