About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Patient Pathway Supervisor to join our Preoperative Assessment Service based in our hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our Patient Pathway Coordinators and Administrators, ensuring high-quality patient experience and assisting in the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Patient Pathway Coordinators and Administrators to ensure high-quality patient experience
- Assist in the development of our service to maintain high standards
- Improve access to information and response to enquiries for all patients and specialties
- Maintain a comprehensive and efficient patient pathway service to support the delivery of NHS constitutional standards
- Provide a contact point for administrative staff and resolve problems

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent
