About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Pathway Supervisor to join our Preoperative Assessment Service at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting Patient Pathway Co-ordinators and Administrators, ensuring high-quality patient experience and contributing to service development.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve access to information and response to enquiries for all patients and specialties using the service.
- Maintain a comprehensive and efficient patient pathway service to support the delivery of NHS constitutional standards.
- Provide a contact point for administrative staff and act on own initiative to resolve problems.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
