Head of Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Head of Patient Experience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional patient care and experience across our organization.
Job Summary:The Head of Patient Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, and experience. This will involve working closely with our clinical teams, patients, and families to understand their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement patient experience strategies to improve satisfaction, engagement, and experience
- Collaborate with clinical teams to understand patient needs and preferences
- Conduct patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to address patient concerns and complaints
- Work with our quality improvement team to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partners
- Provide education and training to staff on patient experience and satisfaction
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, nursing, social work)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in patient experience or a related field
- Proven track record of improving patient satisfaction and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
