Customer Service Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Tripadvisor. As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and technical issues via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and report technical issues, providing detailed bug reports and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work shift patterns, including some weekends.
