Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Allied Healthcare. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the North of the M25 region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to customers, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues with bus transmission systems.
  • Field Service Support: Offer field service support to customers, including replacing large parts or systems when necessary, and introducing new products to the market.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to promote product performance and share service opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Administration: Complete jobs at company workshops when required, finish paperwork and engineering reports on time, and manage work expenses and stock levels.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Completed engineering apprenticeship as minimum, level 5 qualification (or higher)/HND/HNC, DipHE.
  • Experience: Background in field services and engineering, experience with electric vehicles, excellent diagnostic capabilities, and good IT skills.
  • License: Full UK driving licence.
