About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Technician to join our team at Get Support IT Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing technology solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery and ensure smooth operation of clients' IT systems
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are kept up to date on project progress and outcomes
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service to end-users and stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate with third parties to install, configure, and deploy software
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment and implementation of hardware and software
  • Configure and set up new users' hardware and software
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Document and update records pertaining to supported networks and devices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT support environment, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and strong communication, problem-solving, and IT skills
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange management, Windows Server, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V
Desirable Qualities
  • Project management experience, including managing technical projects and deploying, configuring, and managing technical solutions
  • Industry-recognized certifications
  • A full UK driving license would be beneficial
