Job Title: Graduate / Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Develop and submit quotations to close sales, while building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through sales inquiries, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit bids for tenders on behalf of the company.
  • Manage and coordinate activities from multiple shared sales and customer-focused email accounts.
  • Generate sales reports and track sales activity, analyzing data to uncover insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective alignment of sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in an inside customer or sales support role is required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various types of documents; write reports and correspondence; and effectively communicate with managers and clients.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical operations and able to interpret data using various formats.
  • Reasoning skills to apply common sense to follow written and oral instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Working Environment:

The position may require lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 25 kg. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as necessary.
