About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our UK Masonry sales team. This role is crucial in building and maintaining customer relationships, ultimately driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across various channels.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, following up diligently to secure orders.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless pre- and post-sale processes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • GCSE in Maths and English.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be highly organized, methodical, and proficient with computer applications.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
