Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £24,674 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications regarding application forms and job openings across the region.
- Post all job vacancies on both internal and external platforms, ensuring regular updates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Respond promptly to all new applications submitted via the ATS.
- Review and forward CVs to Hiring Managers based on role requirements and job specifications.
- Organize and dispatch interview correspondence to candidates.
- Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure timely receipt of necessary Right to Work and DBS documentation.
- Request and follow up on references both verbally and through the ATS.
- Ensure compliance of onboarding files for new hires before confirming start dates.
- Document and file DBS results promptly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
- Maintain and update a Resourcing tracker, reviewing it daily.
- Keep Hiring Managers informed about the status of candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensure all services receive accurate and compliant pro-formas.
- Address and resolve any Resourcing issues in a timely manner by liaising with managers and staff.
- Communicate and escalate any issues or changes as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and complete training as required.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks relevant to the role.
- Be responsible for personal Health & Safety and contribute to a safe working environment for colleagues.
- Attend supervision meetings with your manager and engage in the organization's staff appraisal system.
- Participate in Service Visits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To thrive in our team, we seek individuals who are comfortable making phone calls and possess clear, confident communication skills. A solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with proficient typing abilities and a keen attention to detail, is essential while upholding confidentiality.
