About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Nights Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith Bristol Airport. As a Nights Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working independently or as part of a team to deliver our store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all customers receive a warm and welcoming service.
  • Carry out stock replenishment, maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment for customers.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, making it easy for customers to find what they're looking for.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
