About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at One Retail. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational, visual, and customer service standards in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage all store operating targets and KPIs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a motivated, committed, and high-performing store management team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work with the visual team to manage standards and displays within the store, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all team members receive mandatory and specialized training to meet customer expectations and maintain brand integrity.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with all store team members, ensuring clear understanding of store policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure store compliance with health and safety procedures, as well as adherence to key PDR and ER policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment at a supervisor level, with a proven track record of managing a team and following set procedures.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize and work in a busy environment, with a willingness to learn and show initiative.
