Job Summary:

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bristol City Centre store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and maximizing store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Monitor and control store costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses
  • Collaborate with the retail team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance store performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
