About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility with working patterns, including early mornings, daytimes, and evenings/twilight shifts. As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards
  • Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
  • Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability, and excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
