Role Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Support Staff, your duties will include:

  • Assisting the lounge team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Washing dishes, cutlery, and light kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces in line with operational standards.
  • Organizing kitchen items and ensuring that pathways and exits are clear.
  • Managing waste disposal, ensuring proper recycling practices are followed.
  • Reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Handling breakages and spills in accordance with procedures.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring proper stock management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

Shifts may vary, with early starts and late finishes required, as our lounges operate daily.
