Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Strategic Partnerships Lead within Greater Anglia. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing the company's integrated transport strategy, focusing on fostering and enhancing collaborations with local authorities, transport operators, and various stakeholders to elevate the overall journey experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated transport policies and practices.
  • Strengthen partnerships with local authorities and support community initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage media relations while adhering to GDPR regulations.

This role will also involve:

  • Championing multi-modal travel solutions.
  • Improving transport facilities at stations.
  • Disseminating best practices across the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with integrated transport obligations.

Collaboration and Support

Working closely with the Corporate Affairs team, the Strategic Partnerships Lead will contribute to broader business goals and facilitate effective communication regarding integrated transport initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven background in transport integration and travel planning.
  • Experience in developing multi-modal initiatives, preferably within a local authority or transport sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Project management expertise, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of integrated transport outputs.

Additionally, familiarity with promoting and marketing transport initiatives, along with experience in railway projects, will be advantageous.
