About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Senior Director for Delivery and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected and award-winning health and social care provider, Provide CIC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve community health and social care services.
- Collaborate with senior clinicians and other key professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local authorities, NHS trusts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and social care policy and legislation, including Mental Health Legislation.
Requirements
- Relevant clinical or social worker professional qualification at degree level, or relevant and equivalent operational and strategic knowledge of these areas.
- A minimum of three years' senior operational management experience of community health, mental health and/or social services.
- Measurable success in managing equalities initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and social care policy and Mental Health Legislation.
