Project Liaison Officer

Newlon Housing Trust is a leading charitable housing association and a major provider of new affordable housing in London.

As a key member of our Asset Management Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents during planned works to their homes. Your role will involve assisting in the housing of individuals who require temporary or permanent relocation.

You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing essential resident data, including medical needs related to their homes. This information will enable you to identify and address resident vulnerabilities, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing regular updates on project progress and completion timelines to residents
  • Coordinating timely viewings to minimize delays and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

With a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care in a similar environment, you will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with residents in-person and over the phone.

You will also demonstrate a solid understanding of the services provided by Registered Social Landlords and the obligations for property upkeep and repair.
