We are currently in search of a Personal Assistant & European Projects Liaison who embodies our ethos of being 'Anything but Standard.'

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Personal Assistant & European Projects Liaison, you will provide essential administrative support to the Hotel Manager, VP of Operations for Europe, and the Regional European team.

Your duties will include comprehensive administrative assistance, managing calendars, organizing events, and liaising with guests, clients, suppliers, and senior management. You will coordinate internal and external meetings, manage conference calls, take minutes, and arrange travel and appointments for the team.

As part of our hospitality commitment, you may also be required to welcome VIP guests on behalf of the Hotel Manager and conduct property tours for prospective owners. You will manage correspondence and emails for the directors, necessitating a high level of discretion, integrity, and communication skills.

You will act as a key contact for the hotel and European office, collaborating with owners of various European hotel projects and our corporate office. With multiple projects in development, you will ensure that project timelines are maintained, milestones are met, and updates are communicated effectively to both regional and corporate teams. Additionally, you will assist the VP of Operations in preparing data for new budgets and creating project presentations.

In this position, you will also be responsible for generating monthly management reports for the management team and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

To excel as our Personal Assistant & European Projects Liaison, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a lifestyle or corporate hotel environment.
  • A background in hospitality, ideally with pre-opening experience and current knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong administrative and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management systems.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with care.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating needs and providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • A sociable and motivated demeanor, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European language skills being advantageous.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
