Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, colleagues, and elected members.
  • Design, create, and distribute various communication materials, such as leaflets, newsletters, and posters.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to incoming correspondence related to assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with existing Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs) to ensure effective communication and engagement.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Proven experience working in a similar role in the public sector, with a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
