Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

Time 4 Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest maintenance and service contractors. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a new team in Orpington working with a well-established and highly reputable client who offers their services to hundreds of thousands of properties across the UK.

Job Summary:

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for supporting the client's property management services in the delivery of their RETRO FIT Projects. This will include the installation of solar panels, loft insulation, roofing, heat pumps, and ground pumps to properties in and around the Orpington area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver the works in a timely manner to a high standard and meet the client's expectations.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service skills and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Work closely with the client's team to ensure the successful delivery of the RETRO FIT Projects.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Strictly experience in retro fit.
  2. Experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role.
  3. Outstanding customer service skills.
  4. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Computer literate - with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems in a timely manner.
  7. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Minimum English and Maths GCSE Grade C (or equivalent).
Benefits:

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £30-40k per annum plus company car or car allowance, and a good package available. Hours of work are standard Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
