Senior CRM Executive

Industry: Fintech

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000

A dynamic Fintech organization established in 2016 is seeking to enhance its Marketing capabilities with the addition of a Senior CRM Executive.

In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take charge of email marketing initiatives, automated user engagement pathways, and lead nurturing programs while providing insightful reporting.

The company is open to considering candidates from diverse CRM backgrounds, although a minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRM and Email Marketing role is preferred. The organization is thriving and has ambitious growth plans for the upcoming year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, schedule, and implement all CRM communications, including regular newsletters, event promotions, marketing automations, and existing processes targeting both B2C customers.
  • Oversee the communication and email marketing calendar in collaboration with key senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular analysis of email performance metrics and insights to the Marketing team and broader organization.
  • Manage the operational aspects of internal virtual events, including crafting email invitations and follow-up communications.
  • Enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance across email, push notifications, and other multi-channel communications.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a CRM or Email Marketing capacity, with a keen interest in the Fintech sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimizing content to boost open, click-through, and registration rates.
  • Strong grasp of best practices in email marketing.
  • Experience with automation and CRM platforms (knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions is advantageous).
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic HTML skills for email design are a plus.
