About the Role

This is a senior CRM management position that requires a strategic thinker to lead a team of CRM specialists. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in consumer CRM environments and experience in managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer relationships and value growth
  • Lead a team of CRM specialists in campaign planning and execution, including multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Oversee the development and implementation of CRM campaigns, including quality control and testing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and martech
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consumer CRM environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team and developing CRM strategies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to bring all elements necessary for campaign success
  • Good understanding of CRM comms planning, journey planning, and A/B testing
  • Ability to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions
