CRM Manager Job Description

At 3Search, we're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to spearhead the development and management of CRM campaigns for our high-growth business propositions. As a key member of our team, you'll drive applications, optimize customer messaging, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance contact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign results and propose optimizations to improve customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM management and email marketing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign results and propose optimisations.
  • Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements.
  • Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies.
