About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tesco Mobile team as a CRM Campaign Manager, based out of the Slough or Welwyn Garden City office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end campaigns and programmes of activity, supporting and managing the delivery and execution of best-in-class multi-channel communications primarily in email and SMS to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-centric campaigns that drive business results
  • Work closely with the Insight & Analytics teams and agencies to understand and optimise campaigns to improve performance
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective, integrated communications
  • Embody an Agile mentality and culture to contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in CRM email marketing and CRM principles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to craft compelling email content
  • Results-focused with previous CRM experience optimising towards conversion metrics
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
