Position Overview:

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be instrumental in boosting online sales and refining the customer shopping journey across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing product listings, optimizing visual merchandising, and implementing strategies to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product listings across all online channels, ensuring precise descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Formulate and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging product content.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the online shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or a related field.
  • Familiarity with various ecommerce platforms, including web-based and marketplace environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
