Job Description

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a vital role in driving online growth, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue for Trespass's global ecommerce channels.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative Ecommerce team, offering a chance to further develop your digital marketing expertise across our brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to inform strategies and adjust in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze traffic and conversion data to inform strategies and adjust in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to optimize customer journeys and increase conversions.
  • Monitor performance ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and opportunities to leverage new tools or platforms.
  • Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce growth.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of driving online revenue and meeting KPIs.
