About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Ecommerce team at Trespass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online growth, increase customer engagement, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive ecommerce growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and increase conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze traffic and conversion data to inform strategies and adjust in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our ecommerce channels remain competitive.
  • Provide regular insights and reporting on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce growth.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of driving online revenue and meeting KPIs.
